When a player wants to play a game, he /she has to put their gold at stake. The stake can be of a variety of available amount based on the type of variation.
If you defeat your opponent then you get his / her gold (in 2 player matches). In the case of 4 players, you get gold of 2 players.
Running out of Gold
If you run out of gold due to loss then you can open MAGIC CHEST or watch VIDEO ADS to get more free gold. If you have run out of ads and already opened the magic chest then the only option is to buy the coins.
Gold can also be used to get gems through the 'Spin2Win' option.
Gems are also one of the currencies in the game. It allows you to undo the last rolled dice as if they were never rolled. It helps you during the game by giving you another chance to get the number you want. Thus, making the game more interesting.
Earning FREE gems
Gems can be earned by sending and receiving lucky dice. Connect the game with your Facebook account and start sending lucky dice to your Facebook Friend. When they roll your sent dice, then you also get back a dice in return. Once you have 3 lucky dices then you can roll them and based on the pattern you will get free gems.
Alternatively, you can buy gems from Play store / App store.
Our system is very secure and there are no hacks to get free gems or gold. No external tool or website will be able to help you in getting gems or gold. Please, be away from using any mediums.
Stay away from Phishing sites
Some website claims to give your free gems or gold. They also ask you for giving your Facebook / Gmail account details. Please be away from them, they might result in loss of your Facebook or Gmail account.
If you have opened your game to find out Gems / Golds has gone missing. It's because they have somehow have been spent. Usually, it's due to the curiosity of friend or family member. It's also likely if you've signed in your account onto someone else device and did not sign off. They could also be used without knowing you.

Step 3: Follow the instruction mentioned by Play Store / App Store.
We only support payment methods that are mentioned in the purchase screen of App Store or Play Store.

Step 1: Go to your Paytm app. You will see 'Recharge or Pay Bills For'. Swipe to see Google Play at the end. Tap on it.

Selling, buying, sharing and giving game accounts to other players is against our terms of services. We can not guarantee the security of any account that has been passed from one player to other. We reserve the right to ban any account that has been transferred between players.
If your account is linked to Facebook then you can play on multiple devices. If you are using guest account then you won't be able to open it on any other device.
Note: You cannot play simultaneously on devices using 1 account.
You can not delete or reset the account. The fun of Ludo is sticking with your account through the good times and the bad times. The game wasn't designed for being reset and restarted. If you want to play the game from start you can do it by logging into the game using a new Facebook Account.
Every device has a single guest account but you can log into other Facebook linked account by 'Login with Facebook'.
You can switch between account by logging out and logging in again.
If you are trying to connect a Facebook account which is not linked with any other Ludo STAR account then your guest account will get converted into a Facebook connected account. All the game status will be transferred.
In case it creates concerns over privacy you can always edit your name, picture, country by going to your profile.
You cannot convert back a Facebook connected account to a Guest account.
However, you can log out switch to the guest account of your device.
How log out?
Tap on the settings icon in the lobby. It will open settings screen. In this screen, you will find a log out button. When you tap on this button, it will log out from your Facebook connected account and reload the app. Thus, allowing you to play with the guest account in the device.
Usually, it happens when somebody gets access to your FB id and credentials.
This could also happen if you've logged your game onto someone else's device and did not sign out. If you face this kind of situations. Please send us an email to block the account.
The support team will look into this and block the account immediately. We will unblock the account after you have recovered your Facebook account. Gameberry Labs does not hold any responsibility of refunding lost gold/gems in such cases.
It is not possible to transfer the game stats (gold/ gems) to a different Facebook account. The game is designed to have fun by playing with your friends and protect it from all the illegal trading and selling. To ensure this, it was necessary for it to be non-transferable.
Please try the following steps if you are not able to Login with Facebook:

Step 1: If you have Facebook app installed then delete it for some time.
Step 2: Clear the data of Ludo STAR
(for this go to Settings > Application Manager > Ludo STAR > Clear data)
Step 3: Go to your mobile browser. Visit Facebook & check if any account is logged in. If yes, then log out that account.
Step 4: Open Ludo STAR and try login with Facebook. It will ask you for login credentials of the account you want to log in with.
IOS
Step 1: If you have Facebook app installed then delete it for some time.
Step 2: Go to your mobile browser. Visit Facebook & check if any account is logged in. If yes, then log out that account.
Step 3: Uninstall Ludo STAR and install it again.
Step 4: Open Ludo STAR and try login with Facebook. It will ask you for login credentials of the account you want to log in with.
If you are trying to log in with a second Facebook account but you are coming back to the same then try the following step:
Step: If you have Facebook app installed and you are facing this problem then open your phone browser and visit Facebook.
Instead of the account in ‘Facebook app’ Ludo STAR is picking the account which is logged in the browser. So you have to log out from the account in the browser and log in with a different account.
After this open Ludo Star and 'Login with Facebook'.
MAGIC CHEST is a mystery gold box which is available after every 24 hours. you can win up to 50K gold coins by opening this mystery gold box.
You can also buy a magic chest from the App Store / Play Store.
LUCKY DICE is a mini game meant to give you free gems in the game.
Earning FREE gems
Gems can be earned by sending and receiving lucky dice. Connect the game with your Facebook account and start sending lucky dice to your Facebook Friend. When they roll your sent dice, then you also get back a dice in return. Once you have 3 lucky dices then you can roll them and based on the pattern you will get free gems.
The rule is that the numbers should be in order.
So, we do not consider 2 4 3 as sequence.
A sequence should be in increasing or decreasing order. Like, 2 3 4 or 4 3 2.
LUCKY DICES' counts are stored on our secure server and it is highly unlikely that you will lose them. If you sense that you lost some of them then please close the app and open it again. Check if you regained the dices.
In case you still do not get the dices that you think are missing then we recommend you please contact our team. They will investigate and refund if there is some issue.
Yes, there is a maximum of 52 dices you can collect at a time. if you are at 52. you will not be able to receive more than that. To receive more first you have to roll some of them.
When you miss a turn or get disconnected, instead of removing you from the game auto mode gets activated. It saves you and keeps you in the game so that you connect back when your internet starts working.
TURN OFF AUTO
However, as soon as your auto is on, you can turn it off as well. You can turn off the AUTO by tapping on the area above your profile photo in the game which shows the auto on the symbol.

Most of the time game goes to AUTO mode when your internet connection is too weak and the device is not able to connect to our server. In that condition instead of removing you from the game, auto mode gets activated and it keeps you in the game so you continue the same when you connect back.

By adding reconnect mechanism in the game we have ensured that if the internet goes down for certain period you will be able to connect back. This is highly unlikely that you will get disconnected from the game. If you get into this kind of situations then please write to our customer support. We will try to resolve the same as soon as possible.
Follow the following steps to hide online status from friends:
Step 1: Go to lobby and tap on the Settings icon. This will open the settings screen.
Step 2: Scroll to see all the options and tap on the box in front of "Hide my online status". This will enable the feature of not showing online status from the next app open. You can close the app and open to see the settings in action.
Sometimes due to delay from Facebook the friend list takes time to load and therefore the status of people is missed. We are working on a fix for this problem. It will be resolved soon.

Although we have taken adequate steps to minimize it sometimes it happens due to request failure from Facebook. we are completely aware of this problem and are trying our level best to resolve this.
Please follow the below-mentioned procedure to play with your Facebook friend:
1. Login with Facebook to see your friend list and online friends.
After you have logged in you will see in the app a friend list in your lobby along with challenge button in front of every player.
2. When you tap on the challenge it will show the type of challenge you want to create. Create the table via this process will automatically send the challenge to your friend. The friend will get a notification and he/she can accept it or deny it.

To play in private table without Facebook friends, tap to 'Private Table' in the lobby. You will see the options of the type of table you want to create. After creating the table you will see a table code and other options of sharing the code.
Ask your friends to join using the table code or, send the link of joining.

Team up is a standard 4 player game in which player seating opposite are a team. To play a team up game you will have to invite one of your friends.
How to play Team up
1. Go to lobby and tap on Team UP Card.
2. Select the bet amount and variation of the game you want to play. A team will be created with a team code and options to invite your friend to join your team.
As soon as a friend joins, the game will begin.
Note: Team-up rules you can read by tapping 'i' icon in the left top corner of the team up screen.
To Play team up with your friends do the following A) Go to lobby and tap on Private table B) Choose the game mode and the bet amount C) Check the Play Team up mode box in the same screen D) Tap on create table E) Share the table code with your 3 other friends or invite them using invite option F) Once your friends will join Team game will get started

1. Go to Lobby and tap on Private Table
2. Choose the game variation and bet amount
3. Just above the Create Table button, you will see a box. In front of the box, you will see 'Play in teams'. If you tap this box the table will be created for a team up match.

1. Go to Lobby and scroll to the right
2. Tap on Play offline
3. Select the game mode and other options

Ludo is more of a strategy game than luck, luck comes into existence when you cannot strategize it anymore.
This is a list of a couple of pointers you can keep in mind while playing Ludo
1. Open all your pieces, as soon as you get the chance.
2. Invest your numbers on all the pieces. If you keep running the only piece, chances are it may be killed.
3. Remember what number can lead you to the best place, what number will let you kill the opponent.
4. Kill your opponents as much as possible, you show some linearity & you may loose.
5. Keep the piece, which is nearer to the victory at the safe place & moves it with bigger numbers. Invest smaller numbers on pieces that are just beginning to run out of the house.
6. If your piece is into victory & you get a chance to kill the opponent, you must go for victory. Kill him if the number is too small (1 or 2) so that you can get a chance to play again.
7. If you have a number that is no good in any of your pieces, move the piece that is nearest to the starting point.
We take abuse or any such activity very seriously. Thanks for reporting the problem with us. Just for your knowledge, while playing the game you can block the person during the game and you will stop receiving his/her chats.
When a user is blocked more than 5 times then the user will be banned from doing chat in Ludo Star for the day. Multiple such incidents will result in bans.
To play Ludo star league you have to be Level 4. Once you reach Level 4 in the game and won 1 game, you reach BRONZE League.
After you are in a league, then you will have to win public games (1 on 1, 4 Player, Team-up) to increase your ranking in the league. When the league competition ends the top 20% (Top 40 people) will be upgraded to the next higher league.

Titan is the highest league in Ludo star. There is no higher league you can get promoted to.
Once you reach Titan league, to prove your greatness starting collecting titan badges. You win 1 titan badge each week if you end up top 40 of a Titan league. Collect as many Titan badge as you can and show your friends who is the boss.

Earning from games played with friends is not included in league competition, only the winnings from the private matches are included. So if you are unsure about whether your winning getting added in the league or not. Please check the game mode you were playing.
If you notice that winnings from the public match also not getting added in the league please reach out to support team. We will investigate and will resolve the same.

This game is not currently available on PC / Windows. However, we are already working on it. The game will be available in 1-2 months on Facebook. Currently You can download the game on IOS (Mobile) and Android only.
As soon as the game is over, the game-chat is deleted. We won't be able to give you the records of your chats.
Adding Facebook friend as friend in the game
If your Facebook friend has installed the game then he/she automatically will start appearing in your friend list. You can also invite other FB friends in the game by tapping the +Add button.
Adding Non FB friends as friend in the game
You can add random people whom you meet in the game by tapping on their profile photo and green friend icon beside their name.
If you want to remove non-Facebook friend (Game buddy)
In the lobby tap on the friends icon then switch to Game Buddy tab. Tap on any friend's photo to see their profile. The profile will have a red button beside their name. Tap on that button to remove them from the friend list.
Game buddies are your in-game friends which you can add when you meet them during the game.
To add someone as Game Buddy
1. Tap on his/her profile picture during the game
2. Tap on the green add friend button beside their name
Note: You cannot send lucky dices to Game Buddies.
Adding game buddy functionality is only limited to players who logged in the game using their Facebook Id. Guest users will not be able to add buddies.
